Cancellation Policy

My goal is to provide every guest with the highest level of care and a relaxing, personalized experience. Because each appointment is reserved especially for you, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service and required to pay before being allowed to book again. Late Arrivals If you arrive 15 min past your appointment time, I’ll do my best to complete as much of your service as possible in the remaining time, and you will be charged for the service and time you were booked for. Booking Fees A non-refundable booking fee (50%) is required to reserve your appointment. This amount is applied to your total at checkout. Repeat Cancellations Clients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows within a six-month period will be required to prepay for future services and may lose booking privileges if the pattern continues. Thank you for understanding and for respecting the time and care that go into each appointment. Client Acknowledgment: I have read and understand this policy. I agree to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. I understand that if I do not, the appropriate cancellation fee will be charged to my card on file.
